Install .ipa on (limera1n) jailbroken iPad 3.2.2

Hi there,

Not sure if I'm being a retard or what... but I can't seem to install .ipa files through itunes to my iPad... I got AppSync but when I double click an .ipa it just adds it to itunes. Have synched, but nothing on iPad.

Am I missing a step? Do I need installous (sp?) as well?
