Install Linux (pref OpenSuse) in Macbook

Dear all, I need to install a Linux Dist (pref OpenSuse) in my Mac Book.

I have the OpenSuse Live CD.

I don't want to use a Virtual Machine. How can I do it ?

I found the following link: http://en.opensuse.org/Installation_on_MacBook

but I can't make any sense of the instructions (I have not a background

in programming).

Please note that I use only one OS in my HD, that is Mac OS X (leopard).

Boot Camp is intact.
