I have bought a dive decompression programme through iTunes previously and this is installed. The latest version (iDeco Pro) is updated to v1.2 but the update wasn't apparent through the App Store on the iPhone. I have tried to manually update and the App Stores says I need 3.1.3 to install; I have JB 3.1.2 with blackra1n and don't want to change that.
However, I have downloaded the app through iTunes (Mac 10.6.2) and I can SSH into the iPhone so that is a possibility.
I haven't managed to sync my iTunes and MBP 13" since I got the MBP about a month ago as I don't want to lose all the apps.
Am I being stupid, or is there an easy way to install the app via SSH or can I sync the iTunes (which warns me that all the apps on the iPhone will be replaced with the apps in the iTunes - this is currently empty apart from v1.2 iDeco)?
The computer is authorised with the apple store and is running iTunes 9.1 (79)
Thanks
