install .pfx file (certificate) silently on MAC OS X

Hello Guys,

Am new to MAC OS X, i have .pfx which i need to install to all the machines silently through a command line.

i can do this manually, but to deploy the certificate to all machines i need to find a silent command line.

For e.g. i use a utility called CertUtil.exe in windows environment.
what i can use in MAC OS X

Please suggest
