Install Problem; Please help

My collegue is attempting to install Leopard on his Macbook Pro - Intel 2.0ghz, it goes through the installation check then starts to install, about two minutes in he gets the following error screen. This is the second or third time it's done this.

Can anyone help please!!

Replace DVD

Tell him to return Leopard to Apple and get a new DVD...
