Install program on virtual drive?

I have just installed windows 7 32bit on my new mac mini using virtualbox because I want to use my old sequencer program on the mac which is much faster than my old PC my problem is I cant workout how to instal the program, I have tryed to drag and drop from the mac desktop but the virtual drive will not accept it ,do I need to alter some settings somewhere ?
