I have a 12 inch powerbook with a broken Superdrive, i have an external dvd drive but its usb, how can i install tiger with usb, will i be qble to plug it into my airport extreme n?

You can't plug it into airport that i know off, you need a firewire external drive so you are able to boot your mac and have it recognize the os your trying to install.

other option is if u have access to another powerbook or macbook, and you have a retail version of os x, you can connect your powerbook to the other computer using Target disk mode, and install the os x that way.

As MistaBungle said, get a FW cord (assuming your iBook has FW) and use Target Disk Mode to have the iBook see the PowerBook as simply another disk drive.
