I have the ISO of Windows 7 and I want to install it on a separate partition on my mac. I've seen multiple threads, but I'm not sure what is a working solution

Is there a way to install Windows 7 with its ISO file?

I have BootCamp 4.0, MBP 2011

Burn said ISO to an optical disc large enough for it. Then reboot.

It's the only way that works consistently.

Dont forget to use low speeds when burning. Preferably 2x or 4x. Although it takes longer, you are ensured that it will work 100%(if the .iso image has no corrupted files and exclude any Windows error).
