I am attempting to install WinXP Pro on my new macbook pro for the very first time. I am running 10.5.4 on a 2.5ghz macbook pro with 2gigs of ram and a 200GB hd.

I followed all of the instructions and setup the partition with bootcamp assistant. The computer then prompts me to insert the windows CD and it begins the installation. I get the blue windows install screen and it it begins to go through the motions but then it says starting windows at the bottom and all of a sudden the screen changes and I get something to this effect:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to the computer

session3_intialiazation_failed

then a bunch more junk. The final error code is:

0x0000006F (0xc00000020, 0xc00000000, 0xc00000000, 0xc00000000).

Yes my installation CD is legit and it does include service pack 2. The partition has 92GBs (I did the split 50/50 option). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
