Installation Snowleopard XOS 10.6

Hi, a question please. I have a Lenova 3000 C200 laptop and at the moment I am running Windows Vista (which I dont like).

Can I wipe this operating system and install the Snow Leopard XOS 10.6, or is this just for the Mac computers?

Mac OS is only for Apple computers.

It's MacOS X (pronounced ten) Snow Leopard.
