ive tried searching on here and on google and cant seem to find anyone else with the problem but . . .

i bought and installed the 1.99 updater to enable 802.11N on my mac pro. now the audio is distorted when the system plays a sound. audio from itunes is fine. sound files in finder is fine.

but the problem seems to be with sound files the system plays such as the sound when you log in inn ichat. and the sound when you try to expose all windows and you have none open. when i open system prefs and go to the sound section i can go to the sound effects tab and just start clicking down the avalible sounds and they are all disortored.

help!!!! this is annoying, has anyone else had or seen this problem?
