Installed iOS 11 GM, still can't view iCloud tabs

I was using the beta versions of iOS 11 on my 10.5" iPad Pro since beta 4. Once the GM came out I installed it, but still have the Feedback icon. In addition, my iPad iCloud tabs is not showing up on any of my other devices.

Do I have to do a full restore or is there something else I'm missing?

I had this problem too although I went directly from iOS 10.2 to iOS 11 (no betas). Long story short, I upgraded to Sierra and Safari 11 on the Mac in order to see the iCloud tabs from iOS 11. You can see it here:
