Installed Lion - Fonts Missing in Apps

I installed Lion and now I can't access any of the fonts I've added to my fonts folder in any of my applications. Photoshop, FCP, Word, etc. They are all showing up in the folder in the library as usual, just not on my font lists in any of my applications. Help! It's really annoying!

I am having the exact same issue, but so far, this is the only post I've seen mentioning it. I have yet to find a solution.

Do a permissions repair. It worked for me.
