1.) I accidentally erased some file application, knowing by re-installing the OS X will bring back the files.
2.) after re-installing the OS X, my old pictures and musics are gone that was in there before.
3.) are they just somewhere else or totally goodbye?
4.) the OS X was re-installed in a different drive.

Please help.

If you installed OS X on a different drive and didn't erase or reformat your old drive, then I imagine your files are still there somewhere. I assume you tried using Spotlight to find them, or open iTunes or iPhoto to see if those apps know where your files are?
