Hi all.

I just installed maybe 500 fonts, and Linotype Font Explorer. Now I load up pages in my internet browser (Firefox) and it displays a weird default font...see the attachment!

Safari however displays the right default font.

What's happened, and how do I correct it?

What do you suggest I change? I've tried altering the default font - but all pages are using their own stylesheets anyway.

Why blame poor Firefox...?

Use Font Book to resolve duplicates and verify fonts and files, and perhaps clear out your font cache. You didn't do something really bad, like uninstalling any system fonts, like Helvetica or Arial, did you...?

I don't see how I could have overwritten any default fonts...hmm.

I tried clicking 'resolve duplicates' in font book, but I'm not sure how to actually find the duplicates..
I'm trying to re-install Verdana as per that post you linked to...

FIXED!

I just re-installed Verdana as suggested in linked post above.

Thanks very much for your help :)
