Installed "Notifier Wigdet" and now iP4 is in safe mode?

Ok, so I installed Notifier Widget and resprung my iP4 and when it came back up, it went into safe mode?! I went back into cydia and removed it from cydia and respring my iP4 but still it stays in safe mode. What can I do to fix this without restoring and putting everything back in? Help please..
 
Ok, after doing some research I went back into cydia and noticed that installing notifier widget, it also installed status notifier too. I removed that and now everything is back up and running.
