Installed SDD and HDD, Fan running very fast

Hi All i posted this a week ago and i have yet to find a solution.

I have installed a SDD in my main bay and a HDD via caddy in the opitical bay.

once i booted up my 2010 13in MBP, the MBP was very slow and lagging, while the fan was spinning at a very high rate and it was very loud.

any suggestion for this or what might went wrong?
i reopened everyhting and all the connections seems fine.

hope to get this resolve.

My understanding is there's an issue with having the SSD (not SDD) in the main bay and the HDD in the optical bay relating to the temperature sensors. You will probably need to switch the two or use a fan controller.

I'm not sure why the computer was slow though.
