Hello

I changed the hdd of my 2009 mbp unibody to a vertex 3 drive.

The installation of the drive was painless, and i bootet up snow leopard. 3/4 trough the installation the installation stopped. I thought the disc was dirty, restarted and cleaned it. Now when entering disk utility to delete and partition the hdd, the drive could not be found.

Weird.

So i checked it was in place correctly. i unplugged and replugged it. And now osx installation saw my hdd. Installation went good. But when entering osx, it freezer again. After a reboot, osx doesn't see my drive, and just gives me a question mark.

So, is the drive faulty? I have installed several hdd's/ssd's in my macs before and i have never run into this problem.
