Installed Via iFile but now want to remove,where to look?

I installed something via iFile that i'd sent myself by e-mail.I now wish to remove it but where do i find it to remove it?

If it's a deb I would assume you simply uninstall it via Cydia?

need a bit more info than that.. could've been installed anywhere.

Since you're saying you "installed" something via iFile I have to assume it was a deb. If so that means you can uninstall via Cydia like anything else.

It's a version of Barrel with beta animations what i installed.I've uninstalled it from Cydia but it's still in Settings

Go to Library/PreferenceBundles/Preferences and delete everything related to Barrel. Let me know if that works because if it doesn't I have another idea.

All i have in there to do with Barrel is the threedeeprefs.plist file and Barrel icon png's.

All those are in a threedeeprefs.bundle folder.

Deleted that folder and the Barrel option has gone from settings but the effects are still happening....strange

Well, it must have worked as i've installed a newer version and all is good and the old animation isn't running anymore, thanks iFiend
