installed windows 7 on macbook. no problems, just one little thing i need help with?

i used bootcamp to put windows 7 on my macbook. everythings working fine, its just that when i turn on the macbook, a black screen appears with a line flashing in the top corner, looks like this (_) and then this screen stays there for about 3-4 minutes before windows 7 starts. is there any way i can get rid of this screen and just let windows 7 start normally? its really annoying.
