I have app that installed all sources. Lately I have noticed that the updates are old. All of the updates it says I need are for previous versions. Anyway to clear these?

Tried to install the old , then install the new. But the old update version again popped up under updates.

I wasnt bothered until there are now 8 updates pending, all older versions.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Other than the obvious and uninstalling the all source list.
