Installer dissapered

so i was messin around with my ipod touch. and after i download some apps it restarted springboard then the insaller icon is gone and its not there anymore.

idk if i have to rejailbreak my ipod touch???? or is there some way to get it back without jailbreaking it agian???

Restore it.

Same thing happened to me. I had to restore my IPT. It's really the only way I could fix the problem. Good Luck.
