i never had any use for these? what good are they? i have appzapper so if i want to uninstall anything i just use that, i don't think i need to know all the components that were installed--thats all thats in the install log, just a list of components installed, right?

Yes. Trash them.

They just give you a list of what was installed. Virtually useless.
