installing a new hard drive

this might be a silly question but having never done this before I thought you guys would be the best source.

i am going to put in my vertex 2SSD on tuesday I have never done a swap on a mac before.

is it this simple:

step 1. put new hard drive in
step 2. put OSX disc in and install
step 3. when it boots up tell it to pull all information from my time capsule.

or is there an easier way to do this?

I have my laptop backed up since day 1 on the my time capsule its only 20gb of info as I have not had my mac long.

i am sorry for the sillyness of the question I just dont want to get it wrong.

That's all you have to do, it's very simple
