Installing a program on windows much slower than on OSX?

Hello,

installing a program like Unity3d goes blazingly fast on the 2015 macbook pro 13 inch, but on windows with bootcamp it goes much, much slower. Does anyone know if that is normal or maybe a driver issue? I'm using windows 10 preview, but I've also noticed the difference in speed on other macs with windows 8.1.

Also the screen appears to be more relaxt to watch at on OSX than on windows, but I don't know if that is possible?
