I changed my macbook and the new challenge is that i cant install new apps via itunes without syncing the jail-broken iphone thus loosing my already installed apps and settings, is there another way i can install apps without loosing my data? kindly help....

When the iPhone is connected, right click on the iPhones "name" then transfer purchases.

When i try it says my mac is not authorized, thou its already authorized at itunes store, most of this software were acquired via cydia and piratebay, could this be the problem. Thanks for your help so far.

Not only is piracy illegal in the real world, it's illegal here too. :D
