Apps Installing apps (provenance) on jailbroken atv?

Hi, I just received my second atv and decided to jailbreak it instead of resigning apps.
I installed NitoTv and installed a few apps.

Most of the apps were outdated and I would like to install my own, however I have no clue how to do it.
I tried with appsync but did not really understand how to work with it.

Is there any guides how to make this or could someone give me a few pointers were to start.
