I've been attempting to install iOS 5 beta 3 on my iPad (because I've heard beta 4 is particularly buggy, with some touch accuracy issues) but continue to get errors 3002 and 20, although primarily 3002.

I've tried doing it from DFU mode and also from a completely restored state

Any ideas?

Beta 3 was awful - the worst of the four for many people.

Are you pressing the update button instead of restore? That would cause a 3002

well, reports of the touch accuracy acting weirdly turned me off from beta 4. perhaps i'm getting Error 20 when going to restore is because Apple doesn't sign beta 3 anymore?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A5274d Safari/7534.48.3)

All I'd say would be not to bother downgrading. 4 is better than 3 and I think 5 will be out in the next few days anyway.
