I have parallels 4 on my MacPro...parallels 4 (P4) wont run a video program i need and i have been told it will work on Boot Camp...and that P4 can access the boot camp partition w/o needing to reboot

Can i install boot camp on a seperate HD than the P4..? one with more space

can i install boot camp after installing P4 with widows xp home..ie do i have to reinstall windows again in the boot camp partition?

From the forum i see that windows + b/c work well as a native stand a lone o/s..but i would like to use the P4 for another program that works on it..especially since P4 just released an update that smooths the edges that eisted between B/C and p4.. and better allows you to use b/c inside P4..

any thoughts or ideas how to best proceed..?

o/s 10.5.7 Mac Pro 8 gb ram
