I'm new to OS X but lots of experience with Windows.
I have a Win 7 Pro install disk, a license key and an external DVD drive (but it's not a burner). I also have a flash drive.
I don't want to screw up anything, so I want to make sure I understand things first. The boot camp pdf instructions seem to indicate that I either need an ISO image on a USB flash drive or an external burner in order to download the drivers. Is that right or can I get by with what I have?
If I do need an ISO can someone suggest a safe place to get one? They don't seem to be available on Microsoft's sites and my Technet subscription has expired. An ISO is useless without a license key, so I don't know why Microsoft doesn't offer them to users.
Edit: I found a good ISO at DigitalRiver and the hash checked so I used it to install Win 7. Everything went well and Win 7 is running fine on my MBA.
