I just got the new iMac w/o SuperDrive and have Parallels 9 registration and a Window 7 disc. Apparently there is now no way to install boot camp on a new late 2013 iMac w/o buying an USB SuperDrive. Any suggestions? Can you download Windows 7 digitally directly from Mircrosoft with a Window 7 key? I have the disc and was using it on my last iMac. I couldn't find anything on this site or Parallels 9 site regarding this but must be an issue for many.

No that's not possible, the only thing you can do:

Go to a friend, create an .iso of the DVD and install it via USB. Microsoft offers a tool to create bootable Windows 7 USB stick.

You can also buy any USB DVD drive and use that. I bought a cheap one from amazon and it works perfectly with all my macs.
