Hi there I have just received my BTO 27" iMac and is loving every bit of it...one thing I have to tell is that the speakers sound much crispier than my old Late 2009 iMac.

However there's a catch when I try to install Win 8 by Bootcamp

After I created the partition using the wizard, the system reboots, but it can't boot into the DVD which is in the external DVD drive

It said Non bootable disc / Cannot find bootmgt sort of thing, it stucks there and never going through to the setup page

I have tried Win 7 disc which works for my old machine, but it shows the same error message.

Googled it a bit and it seems that Bootcamp is not working with external DVD drive? So now most of the Macs don't have a build-in Superdrive, what's the way to install Bootcamp properly?

Are we stuck with virtualization??
