Is this possible? Ive got a 10.6 MBP and have left the discs at home, however my friend has her 10.4 discs with her - Could I use these for drivers etc after the install has completed?

If not i'll have to get my discs posted up, just thought this might be easier.

No, as the Boot Camp version on the 10.4 DVDs was a beta and expired on December 31st 2007.

You need Boot Camp 3.0/1 drivers. Maybe you can download them from Apple or someplace else.

Have a look at Mroogle to find similar threads.

Given the incredibly low price of Snow Leopard, why not just pony up the 26 bucks and buy 10.6.

Just seems like a waste of money being as I already have it. Out of interest, how much of a difference did the 4gb RAM upgrade in your MBP make? Im thinking about upgrading mine but not sure if i'll see a noticeable improvement.
