Hi,

I am doing my school assignment and I need another CentOS computer.

I have a very old white plastic Macbook, 13" Early 2008.

I was wondering if I can still CentOS, and what are the steps to do it.

Regards

I would like to install natively. Would that be possible?

Of course it is google "linux efi install macbook 2008" you will find plenty of links remember linux is linux usually no matter the variant the steps should be the same for all of them. Best to have already created an installer of your current OSX version on the machine in case you need to go scorched earth total wipe of drive reinstall to get it back with a minimum being current TM backup. Now with the age of the machine probably going to need 32bit OS I would think as I believe that is 32bit efi on it. Although really unless you need direct access to the hardware for some reason virtual machine is the way to go.
