Installing El Capitan on partition in 2012 MBP with Sierra?

Hi,

I need to use a driver that won't work in Sierra. Is it viable to create a new partition or use VirtualBox in Sierra to run El Capitan as a second OS on my 2012 MBP?

Most important: Where can I get the installer dmg of El Capitan?

Any Ideas?
