Installing IBook G4 memory

Can some one help me out? I have a IBook G4 labtop.
Can someone tell me how to install the memory chip.

It has only one slot open for RAM – the other module is permanent.

Remember when installing ram to *firmly* put it in place.

It always freaked me out a bit at first, but if you don't then the whole operation will be useless.

The speed is 1.2 and from what I can see the max RAM is 1GB

it is under the keyboard on the ibook G4, you are going to need a phillips screwdriver, but check out ifixit.com

I believe the max ram is 1.256 GB ram...
