installing ilife '09 on leopard

hi,

my mother bought a macbook with leopard os. it had ilife '08 already installed, but came with ilife '09 on a disc.
is it just a matter of inserting the ilife '09 disc and follow the instruction or does something else need to be done.
do we need to unintall '08 first - if so, how.

insert iLife 09 and the software will take care of everything and the rest.

Yea just insert the CD and it will automatically uninstall iLife '08 and replace it with iLife '09.
