Hi guys,

A friend of mine just got back from New York and he got me as a surprise a copy of iLife 11. The thing is that it's an english copy and I have a french version of iLife 09 installed.

Will it cause trouble if I install the english version over the old french one ?

Thanks for any advice.

iLife will run as whatever your system language is set to (i.e. whatever Finder uses - as per settings in System Preferences).

If you want an app to run in a different language, there's a small app (free) called Language Switcher that lets you specify different default languages for different apps.

Thank you very much for the replies.

Everything worked well. I did not know that it was a multi-language package.

Now I'm enjoying it in all it's french glory :)

Thanks again.
