Installing iMovie '08 & '06 on the same PC?

Is it possible to do? I have a bunch of Slick transition plug-ins for iMovie '06 that are incompatible with iMovie '08 (as of now)

Is there any way to reinstall '06 in addition to having '08 on the same mac?

Any instructions would be great!

Did it not leave the old iMovie in your Applications folder? It did on mine.
