Installing iOS 5 using Windows?

Is iOS 5 beta installable under Windows using the provided iTunes 10.5 beta or is it like the 4.0 beta that could only be installed using a Mac?

The iTunes 10.5 beta is OS X only, so I'd say you can't install it using Windows
