I am downloading it from Apple legitimately with a developers account before I get flamed!

Once the dmg. file has downloaded do I just go into iTunes and hit alt+restore?

Also, I've backed up my iPhone 5 to my iMac just incase anything goes wrong. However, Id like to set the phone up as new is iOS 7 with just my contacts and calendar information going across, not my apps and photos etc. Is this possible?

I just nuked mine. When I double clicked the file in the .dmg, it opened up xcode. I then seen my iPhone profile, and clicked restore in there... no iTunes or alt... hm, curious.

Did that work?

Anything about just transferring calendars and contacts over?

Running fine, just downloading applications now. Everything is there - wallpapers, messages and etc.

Only thing of interest so far is the Xcode profiling screen. It seemed to create a new iPhone profile (white - which is correct), but an empty black iPhone profile was left there which I removed from the organiser.
