Installing ipa on jailbroken Ipod touch 3g 32gb?

I have an ipod touch 3rd gen 32gb on 3.1.1 firmware

i've jailbroken it with blackra1n and installed cydia

im having trouble finding any tutorials for the ipod touch 3g as to how to install .ipa files through itunes (or anythign else thats fast)

could anyone help me?
