iOS Installing iPhone OS through XCode Organizer.

Hi All,

I have recently registered for iDP and while in the process of adding the device into the organizer , the software version shown for iPhone is 2.2.1 (5H11) but one message is shown below that "xcode cannot find the software image to install this version" please let me know what shud be done ASAP.
I have also found one .ipsw file (here http://mytopfiles.com/search.php?ss=2.2.1 (5H11) ) for the same but I am not sure whether that is legal or not as it is not provided by apple.

Please Help.
