Can I use Apple Remote Desktop to install Leopard on another Mac?

Things to Know:
- Do I need Apple Remote Desktop on both Macs?
- The Leopard DVDs that I have came with my MacBook Pro. They are not the retail bought $130 package. Can I use these DVDs for installation?
- MacBook Pro is running 10.5.3 currently and iMac is running 10.4.11 as of now.

Specs:
17" MacBook Pro 2.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB of RAM, and 14GB of free space.

17" iMac 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo, 2GB of RAM, and 85GB of free space.
