Installing Leopard on iMac?(read details)

Hello All, The iMac im using now has 10.4.11(tiger), however my brother has recently bought a MacBook. But what i was really wondering is if i am able to use the Leopard CD from the Macbook and install Leopard onto my iMac?(which is using Tiger) Is that possible or will i run into issues along the way?

Edit:Also my iMac is using an Intel Processor(Core Duo)

The install dvd is specific to the computer it comes with.
So probably not.

As far as I know the restore DVDs they give you only work on the specific computer they come with.

I think the license says the DVD can only be used with the computer the DVD shipped with. So you'd be ripping Apple off foe a copy of Leopard. Ethically if would be the same as downloading a copy of Leopard and using that.

One more thing: Apple cripples the "free" DVD they give you with the computer so it will not work on any computer except the one it is shipped with. Only the retail DVDs work on any Mac.
