Installing LiveType?

I uninstalled FCS 2, and did a full installation of FCS 3. Much to my dismay, LiveType is gone.

Has anyone attempted a LiveType-only installation of FCS 2? I haven't yet, but I'm assuming the ability to deselect FCP, and a few other apps, will be grayed out, as they were during my FCS 3 installation.

Any other thoughts on how to get LiveType installed without doing a full-blown installation of both studio versions?
