Am I missing something here how do you pay or install new apps? Says double click but nothing happens
Are you trying to double-click the location on the screen?
You need to double press the sleep/wake button--that's what it's trying to direct you to. It will then automatically authenticate with FaceID.
And if this is the issue you're having, don't feel bad--have seen 2 other people misunderstand it as well.
