Installing OS X onto SSD

I am going to install an SSD in my iMac soon. I bought the OWC kit and a Crucial M4 128GB. I understand the physical installation but I don’t know how to install OS X on the SSD. I want a fresh install. I will be adding this SSD to the SATA III port and not replacing the HDD so I will have an SSD and a HDD. My computer came with Lion installed and I have a recovery partition if that helps

If anyone could give me a little guide, I would be thankful.
