installing Photoshop CS3 beta

recently got a MBP and have tried install photoshop cs3 trial but when i click on the set up icon it starts then disappears and nothing happens.

i have no idea, but try
1. update ur system
2. clean up the system using OnyX

You mean you tried to apply the hack which removes the trials limit and then when you click on the icon it does nothing?

no i mean i can't even get the trial version running. i get a message that says
You cant use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reintalling this product

what is the best way to install this from the dmg file?
