Installing program from .cdr file (FIXED)

Hi there,

First day on a Mac and I have my first little problem :) I have a program that I want to install that has a .cdr extension. Finder says its a "DVD/CD-R Master Image". Any idea how to install this? If it's important, I'm running Lion on a 2012 MBA.
